鉆井液離心機(jī)是鉆井平臺(tái)中重要的固控設(shè)備。它分離大于2μm的固相，有效解決旋流裝置不能分離超細(xì)有害固相的問題。離心機(jī)能迅速恢復(fù)鉆井液比重等性能，為高效科學(xué)地鉆井提供可靠的保證。主要分為鉆井液中速離心機(jī)和鉆井液高速離心機(jī)。

1.轉(zhuǎn)鼓直段和錐段采用2205雙相不銹鋼材料，采用離心澆鑄工藝。(Adopt 2205 duplex stainless steel for the Cylindrical and Conical sectionand centrifugal casting process.）
2.轉(zhuǎn)股總成其余部件均采用SS316L不銹鋼材料。（The rest of bowl assy are all SS316L.)
3.螺旋推料器采用YG6耐磨合金片保護(hù)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，便于維修更換。(Spiral conveyor is protected by wear-resistant alloy platelong service life and east to maintain and replace.)
4.螺旋推料器的分流口以及轉(zhuǎn)鼓的排渣口采用易于更換的耐磨合金套保護(hù)，延遲使用壽命，和保養(yǎng)周期。(Branch mouth of conveyor and solids outlet of bowl are both protected by wear-resistant alloy sheath which is easy to replacelengthen the usage lifeand maintenance cycle. )
5轉(zhuǎn)鼓總成在運(yùn)輸中通過可拆卸支撐架保護(hù)，防止運(yùn)輸途中對(duì)軸承造成損傷。(Bowl assy is protected by dismantled support during transportationprevent the damage to bearings in the transportation.)
6.選用原裝進(jìn)口SKF軸承和NSK軸承提高設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性，和軸承使用壽命。(Adopt original packing imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve the machines stability and long service life.)
7.選用變頻控制，方便客戶隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速，滿足不同工況條件。(Adopt variable frequency controland make user be convenient to adjust rotation speed anytimemeet different working situations.)
